As an educator,my goal is to provide each student an environment in which they feel comfortable,involved,and encouraged.I am actually aware that each student learns differently and thus work to stimulate and educate them in as many differnet ways as possible.My ultimate desire is to take the idea of learning,even something in a second language,and  turn it into something enjoyable and not just work.

My goal is to create a fun and engaging environment where students can feel comfortable,confident,and motivated.I like to use a variety of activities  so each student has the opportunity to learn.I hope that my students leave class with the skills necessary to be happy and successful in all parts of their life,not just school.

每個小朋友都有自己學習的步驟，瞭解小朋友的需求，善用各種不同的教學方式給予小朋友多方面認識學習知識的方法，協助小朋友各展所長，從學習中獲取成就感，以增強自信和興趣。協助小朋友適性發展，挖掘自我潛能，養成主動積極的學習態度。
